Over 15 years’ experience in the provision of strategy, negotiation, contract, commercial and claims management advice to international contractors in oil & gas engineering, procurement, and construction industries, and building construction industries.

Holds dual master’s degrees in engineering and law.

Has expertise in various forms of contract, including IChemE and FIDIC.

Is a FIDIC certified adjudicator, and a Fellow of CIArb (FCIArb). Trained dispute adjudication board member (ICC, DRBF) and is included in the list of dispute board members of IChemE.

Founder and Managing Director at Joyan Consulting. Joyan consulting offers services for contracting strategies for power-to-x-projects.

LLM-qualified, Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Adjudication).
